Tufts Organizational Development & Training (OD&T) team is a resource within Human Resources that provides a wide range of opportunities to help all members of the Tufts community to develop their managerial and professional skills and to enhance individual and organizational success.

OD&T works with organizations to provide customized programs and services to support the alignment of School/Division initiatives with the startegic and operational goals of the University.
- Management & Professional Development
OD&T offers programs to support the development of skills and behaviors related to individual jobs to achieve business goals. These courses are offered in a variety of ways to targeted groups.

All of our programs support the development of the Tufts Competencies: Expertise, Interactions with Others, Continuous Improvement/Customer Focus, Resourcefulness and Results, and Leadership.
