Verification of employment, which is needed when applying for a mortgage or other credit, is provided by the HR Service Center. Notify your lender to send verification requests to the Human Resources Service Center, 169 Holland Street, Somerville, MA 02144.

Occasionally the HR Service Center receives telephone calls verifying employment. The practice is to confirm / not confirm information provided. Service center staff do not disclose additional information.
