Professional Development Programs for Senior Leaders
Orientation for Senior Leaders
A two day program, designed for new and recently promoted senior leaders to provide an overview of Tufts University’s culture, structure and programs. Participants meet with other senior leaders from across the university and learn about the major functions and goals of the key divisions within Tufts. Senior Leaders learn about the resources, tools and networks available to assist them in their work.
Executive Education Program
Tufts University recognizes that our ability to develop and sustain strong leaders is critical to our continued growth and long-term success. To that effect, we are offering senior leaders the option to apply to an external executive education program.
