Annual Benefits Open Enrollment

The 2017 Human Resources Benefits Open Enrollment for faculty and staff is Monday, October 17, 2016 through Monday, October 31, 2016. This is the once-a-year opportunity for benefits eligible employees to evaluate their benefits and make any necessary changes. To access open enrollment, please log in to Employee Self Service at Changes are effective January 1, 2017.

Please note: if you do not wish to make any changes to your current health and wellness plan elections, it is not necessary for you to take any action during Open Enrollment; however, employees must re-enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) annually.

Pet Insurance through Nationwide

  • Preferred pricing and multiple-pet discounts (5%-10%) are available for dogs and cats.
  • Convenience of payroll deduction or direct pay option

NOTE: You may enroll in this new benefit at any time during the year (not subject to Open Enrollment). Coverage is effective on the 1st of the following month if you enroll by the 15th of a month. (I.e. Effective date is January 1st if enrollment is completed between January 1st and January 15th. Coverage is effective February 1st if enrollment is completed between January 16th and January 31st).
